I finished this piece the night before the due day of submission for student competition at Society of Illustratirs back in 2012, and fortunately it got chosen and was shown in the museum of SOI.  I was a sophomore at SVA, and I barely knew what exactly illustration was, so it was a truly magical experience and it totally made my year.
